We finally have Internet!!!

I have totally taken internet for granted. We finally have internet at the new house and I'm so happy. It's weird how no TV and no internet can make you feel completely isolated from the world. Hello World. I've missed you.

The Joys of Home Ownership

Day 1 - July 31, 2010

Our new address is 9 Queensberry Dr., Ladera Ranch, CA. We are moving about 30 miles south of Fullerton, deep into south Orange County. The house is about 6 years old, and while we don't have major remodeling to do, we have quite a bit of cosmetic clean up. First things first: there are 7 different types of flooring currently residing in our new residence...7! It ranges from carpet to hardwood to tile (3 different types) to slate. It's crazy. So day 1 consisted of demo (for Nic) and extreme bathroom cleaning (for me).

It's official...we are homeowners!! It was a long ride, but we are so excited to watch as the next steps of our lives unfold. Now on to the remodeling!
